Leaving home

So we're gonna be movin out obviously... we're gonna be buyin a house though. Cause it's cheaper than renting and it goes towards something. Any helpful hints? We haven't decided whether it be pueblo or colorado springs. so we'll see. And by the way, i don't know about you guys but i do happen to have testis. So you can't concider me a girl. Sorry

LOL B-DUB. I would say that it depends on where you want to go to school and where you plan on living once your done. It will be hard to sell the place you live in this economy. Just make sure you can afford it, that it's close to work and school (save on gas), and that if it doesn't sell, you can afford it when you look for a job.
